Join First Coast Divers, in partnership with Jupiter Dive Center, for a getaway dive weekend in Jupiter, Florida, perfectly aligned with the annual sea turtle mating migration season. Jupiter Dive Center will be providing the dive charters for the weekend, giving you access to their experienced crew and top-quality local knowledge for an incredible diving experience. During this trip divers will get the chance to experience some of the finest drift diving in South Florida, where the warm Gulf Stream currents carry you effortlessly along beautiful reefs and underwater ledges. These reefs and underwater ledges are home to resting sea turtles and a wide variety of other marine species, all observed in their natural environment.
This trip is open to certified Open Water divers and above, howeverEnriched Air (Nitrox) certification is required to participate. Not Enriched Air certified? No problem—we can easily help you complete your Nitrox certification before the trip.
Your weekend includes two nights of lodging at the Best Western Intracoastal in Jupiter, Florida, with complimentary continental breakfast each morning. You will arrive at your leisure on Friday night, and divers will enjoy two mornings of two-tank 8:00 AM boat dives on both Saturday and Sunday, making this the perfect blend of exciting underwater adventure and relaxing opportunities to get develop relationships with some of the other divers during an optional group dinner Saturday night.
Looking to continue your dive education? If you’re interested in Advanced Open Water (AOW) certification, we can get you started with e-learning ahead of time and apply some of the dives from this trip toward your AOW requirements.
The trip will be led by Lisa McGinley, PADI Master Scuba Diver Trainer, who’s all about making sure you have a fun, relaxed, and safety-first experience.
