The Diving Experience

We’ll spend the week exploring the best dive sites in the Exumas, and conditions

permitting, we may head farther east to dive around Eleuthera and Little San Salvador.

No matter where we go, expect:

Beneath the Surface

A scuba dive trip with First Coast Divers to the Exuma Cays aboard the Aqua Cat ,

promises an unforgettable experience for divers of all levels. The combination of expert

organization by First Coast Divers and the comfy accommodations of the Aqua Cat

creates a seamless, all-inclusive adventure through one of the Caribbean’s most

pristine marine environments. With a full week of diving, relaxation, and camaraderie,

guests enjoy not only world-class underwater exploration but also the fun, supportive

group atmosphere that First Coast Divers is known for.

The Exuma Cays, a string of over 365 islands and cays in the central Bahamas, are

famed for their crystal-clear turquoise waters and vibrant coral reefs. This area is part of

the protected Exuma Cays Land and Sea Park, one of the oldest and most successful

marine reserves in the world. As a result, the marine life is abundant and

unspoiled—divers regularly encounter reef sharks, eagle rays, sea turtles, and massiveschools of tropical fish. Dramatic wall dives, blue holes, and swim-throughs add a

thrilling variety of underwater landscapes, making every dive site unique.

Diving from the Aqua Cat liveaboard means unparalleled access to remote dive sites

unreachable by day boats. This 102-foot luxury catamaran is designed specifically for

divers, offering up to 26 dives over the course of the week. The spacious dive deck,

excellent food, and comfortable staterooms allow guests to focus fully on the diving and

the beauty of the Exumas. With easy water entries and well-planned dive briefings,

even novice divers can feel confident and safe throughout the trip.

TRIP INFORMATION:

7-nights accommodation in a climate-controlled cabin with ensuite bathroom
Chef prepared meals to include breakfast, lunch, dinner & snacks
Beverages including sodas, draft beer, wine, rum & vodka
Use of Air tanks and lead weights
Use of Kakaks & Paddleboards
Daily Shore Excursions offered
Airport/Hotel Transfers (pre & post trip)
UP TO 26 DIVES in the beautiful Bahamian waters!!!!!!

Exclusions:

Airfare. Must fly into Nassau (airport code: NAS)
Nitrox (available onboard for an upcharge)
Crew Gratuity
Scuba gear (available for rental with prior notice)
Dinner for the last night July 16 (we usually eat at the restaurant there at the marina)
Hotel stays pre & post trip
$370 Surcharge Per Person. This covers local taxes & VAT, Port fees & tax,
Marine Park fees & fuel surcharge (Subject to change. These fees can fluctuate
plus or minus depending on local law and fuel prices)

$3799 per person / double occupancy (Cabins 1-10)
$3299 per person / double occupancy (Cabin 11 only)
Single supplement fee is 65% of base charter & surcharge
No discounts for non-divers
Note to single divers: Since this is a liveaboard trip, all prices are for double

occupancy. Two people in each stateroom. If you are single & don’t have a travel

companion, then let us know! Chances are we know of other singles who are

looking for dive buddies to share a stateroom.

Terms:

$1000 per person non-refundable deposit due at booking
$1000 per person due by Sept. 1st, 2026
Balance due by Feb 15th, 2027

Additional Information

The deposit is non-refundable and will not be refunded for any reason. We are making a commitment to our travelers, so we expect our travelers to fulfill their commitment to us.
No additional funds will be returned if canceled within 10 months of the trip.
In the event someone needs to cancel, they can certainly transfer their secured booking to a replacement traveler and receive a full refund minus a 10% service fee.
All trip participants (divers only) are required to have their own personal Diver Supplemental Insurance. Again, we suggest either D.A.N. or DiveAssure.
As with all our trips, we highly recommend that our travelers purchase trip insurance. We recommend either D.A.N. or DiveAssure.
