If you've never experienced diving in St. Lucia, you're in for something truly special. Unlike many Caribbean destinations, St. Lucia's volcanic origins have created dramatic underwater landscapes filled with towering pinnacles, coral-covered ridges, volcanic formations, colorful sponge gardens, healthy reefs, and abundant marine life. The island offers an incredible variety of dive sites suitable for virtually every experience level, making this an ideal destination whether you're newly certified or have hundreds of dives in your logbook.

Anse Chastanet also happens to be perfectly positioned near some of the island's most iconic dive sites, particularly those surrounding the world-famous Pitons. Rising dramatically from the sea, these majestic volcanic peaks create one of the most breathtaking landscapes in the Caribbean. Beneath the surface, the reefs surrounding the Pitons are every bit as impressive, offering unforgettable diving and endless opportunities for underwater exploration and photography.

One of my favorite things about Anse Chastanet is that the adventure doesn't stop when the dive boats return. The resort's spectacular house reef is accessible right from shore, allowing divers and snorkelers to continue exploring at their own pace. It's one of the best house reefs we've encountered anywhere, and it's not unusual to spend an hour or two simply wandering through the reef and discovering something new every time you enter the water.

This trip is also perfect for our non-diving friends and family members. In fact, we've had many non-divers join us over the years and absolutely fall in love with the experience. Between the beautiful beaches, exceptional snorkeling, spa services, island excursions, water sports, incredible dining, and the simple joy of relaxing in paradise, there's no shortage of ways to enjoy St. Lucia without ever putting on a scuba tank.

That's always been one of my favorite parts of what we do.
