LOCAL DIVE ADVENTURES
If you’ve been in the shop over the last year, you’ve likely come to know Laura, our Assistant Manager and my trusty right-hand woman. Throughout her time here, she has noticed a desire for local dive trips and continued education. When Laura recently pitched her dive travel plans to me, I couldn’t pass on the opportunity. I am thrilled to be sharing Laura’s local dive tours with her new business, Stellar Dive Travel.
Stellar Dive Travel provides a fun and safe platform to build upon your dive skills as you work with and support other divers. Their trips focus on small groups (8-16 divers), specialized dive training, and shared occupancy, often in vacation homes or condos. While these trips are not technically affiliated with First Coast Divers, I have full confidence in my recommendation and know you’ll love visiting local with Stellar Dive Travel.

About Laura
Stellar Dive Travel is owned and operated by Laura Foley.
Laura, began diving in 2006. A PADI MSDT since 2010, she has taught a range of divers including open water students in San Diego California, conservation specialists at the Georgia Aquarium, and marine biology interns in the Philippians. Her love of the ocean also led her to attain an M.S. in Marine Science, work as a coral reef researcher, teach high school oceanography, and freelance as a science communicator. Some of Laura’s most favorite memories have been made underwater and she is so excited to curate and share that opportunity with others.
